This hotel was handy base for exploring La Spezia, loved it. The staff was ACCOMMODATING and affable, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with plenty of food. I've had a comfortable stay in Real Rooms.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in La Spezia. The property was clean and little, had very good location and staff. I appreciated the room with huge bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Fab location, so helpfull staff, splendid rooms. It was close to a theater and main street. Our room had a great bed and an extraordinary view. Generous breakfast, excellent service.
